Maurice Attie is a Los Angeles based Mediator. With a background as a Realtor and in accounting, Maurice Attie has been a bar member for over 43 years starting as a L.A. Deputy City Attorney and closing out his civil practice (real estate matters, business, photography, motion picture, record industry and other civil litigation, probate, corporate and business transactions, contracts, etc.) in 2002 to become a full time neutral. Along the way, Maurice Attie joined the New York and Israel Bar Associations, became a circuit presenter instructing on alternatives to conventional legal solutions (including 23 cities around the world), published numerous articles and has been interviewed extensively by the printed and broadcast media. Maurice Attie has served and continues to serve as a neutral for upwards of 100 matters annually. Maurice Attie is a hands-on mediator. He comes to each mediation completely prepared and conducts the session with detailed precision. His goal is to facilitate the parties to engage in the process so that they can effectively control the mutually agreeable outcome.
