Hourly rates range from $200-$550 per hour. Some panelists require a four hour minimum. Payment due dates will be reflected in the Hearing Notice. Fees are equally apportioned among parties, unless agreed to otherwise. Fees for services other than hearing time include, but are not limited to, review of briefs, pre-hearing conference calls, research, analysis, deliberation, drafting of the award, preparation of reports, and post hearing follow up. All FRS invoices are due and payable upon receipt.
