JUDICIAL EXPERIENCE:

Judge Richard Hubbell served as Supervising Judge of the Probate Departments in 1988 and was assigned to Fast Track cases in the Central District in 1992. During his 34 years of judicial service at the Los Angeles Superior Court, Judge Richard Hubbell has heard numerous high-profile cases, including the toxic exposure cases entitled the Lockheed Litigation Cases; Oakland Raiders v. National Football League; Credit Lyonnaise v. M.G.M., Kerkorian et. al; The Walt Disney Company v. Fulwider; Virgin Vision (Sex, Lies, Videotape) v. Samuel Goldwin; Lugo v. King World, ABC TV, 20/20 Productions; Lance Camper v. Republic Insurance Co.; Besson v.
